International Communication and Negotiation Simulations - University
of Maryland |
ICONS (the International Communication and Negotiation Simulations)
offers educational simulations of international relations at
both the university and high school levels. Students at a participating
institution represent the decision makers of a selected country
and negotiate solutions to global problems via the Internet
