Program Overview
This one week training will include:
Session 1- Maryland
- Aug. 5th - WebEx orientation
- 10a.m. - 11:30 a.m., VMware & CCNA orientation
- Aug. 8th, 9th & 10th – (9-4:00) VMware - in person. Hands on exploration of installation, configuration, and management of VMware vSphere, which consists of ESX/ESXi and vCenter Server. The course is based on ESX/ESXi 4.1 and vCenter Server 4.1. Completion of this course satisfies as a prerequisite to take VMware Certified Professional 4 exam. See flier above for more details.
- Aug. 11th & 12th – (9-4:00) CCNA Sec. - in person. Course provides students with in-depth network security education and a comprehensive understanding of network security concepts. The course is designed to provide participants with hands-on knowledge and skills, emphasizing practical experience needed for entry-level job roles in network security. Hands-on exercises teach installation, troubleshooting and monitoring of network devices to maintain integrity, confidentiality and availability of data and devices. See flier above for more details.
- August. 19th - WebEx - noon - 2p.m. VMware capstone. 2p.m. - 4p.m., CCNA Security capstone.
Session 2- Virginia
- Aug. 12th - WebEx orientation
- 110a.m. - 11:30 a.m., VMware & CCNA orientation
