This guy is often a jokester.  He likes to play around and role play situations.  He generally does not mean to be a cyberbully but just doesn't think before he acts.  Often times The Because I Can is responding to cyberbully mail that he has received himself. He usually gets upset and doesn't take a breather and think but just responds in anger.
